How to Use Active Web Group’s Customer Service HelpDesk
To access the HelpDesk, click the following URL: http://helpdesk.activewebgroup.com
Log in and you will redirected to your account dashboard. There you will be able to submit new tickets, check on open tickets, and manage your account settings.
Submitting a New Ticket: Communication is Key!
Follow these tips to help us address your request quickly & correctly.
Please try to be as detailed as possible when describing changes you’d like or a problem you are having. If we are confused by your request, it will only take longer for us to begin working on it.
If you need to attach multiple files, upload a .zip folder instead.
* Attachments over 2MB are too big and can be directly emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org
After successfully submitting a new ticket, you can return to your account dashboard at any time to track the progress the request & communicate with your assigned technician. Additionaly, you will receive an email any time comments are made, when the work is completed, and finally when the request is finished or closed.
