What is the importance of customer service on your website or in your business? Well if you only have customers who know what they want, and are happy to keep what you send them whether it is right or wrong, you have nothing to worry about. In the real world, our company deals with a lot of customer service interaction. These interactions of our customer service department and our prospects and customers are vital in our survival and profitability.

Sometimes it’s helpful to use analogies. Think of your website visitors as a river, and you are trying to build a Dam to make the water go where you need it to go. I agree, money is tight all around, however it does not mean that people aren’t spending it.It just means you have to be more creative in attracting the “buyers” out there.
