During the first year that AWG provided a multi-pronged approach utilizing several digital marketing services for this client, their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) increased as follows:

Transactions Increased by +47.30% YoY

  • Purchases increased by almost half when AWG provided a new scalable ecommerce website and initiated a solid SEO strategy designed to both attract and convert site visitors. The second year of the campaign this metric increased again by almost 17.00%.

Revenue Increased by +46.29% YoY

  • An initial goal had been to increase revenue by 15%. This target was exceeded, and in the second year, increased again by +11.87%.

Increases in Total Sessions and New Users Spur Conversions

  • Year over Year, Total Sessions increased by almost 30% for the first year of the campaign. In the second, Total Sessions increased by 13.34%. SEO initiatives drove quality site traffic, as New Users increased by almost 40% in the first year, followed by a 18.15% increase in the second.

The Challenges

  • InVite Health, a leading source for high-end vitamins and supplements, hired Active Web Group to facilitate the brand’s transition from a brick-and-mortar-only enterprise, to a fully-functional online business. The brand’s then-current website was outdated. Initially, AWG proposed a custom, scalable ecommerce website, a SEO strategy, and additionally developed a successful email marketing campaign all aimed to attract new prospects and encourage repeat customers.

    Over the next three years, AWG assisted InVite Health to both maintain and grow their online market share. AWG initiated and continues to monitor a successful Pay Per Click

    • Web Design and Development: AWG’s design and development goals were to provide InVite Health with a state-of-the-art ecommerce website. To gain and grow InVite’s market share, AWG redesigned and built a new website that included facile site navigation, a vastly improved cart, and content that assisted visitors in making their buying decisions.
    • PPC: As a seller of high-quality vitamins, InVite Health seeks to differentiate itself in the marketplace. AWG’s PPC and remarketing campaigns focus on furthering their brand’s reach, and is focused on their demographic, health conscious individuals over age 55.
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): AWG’s team collaborated on producing optimized product content and blogs. A custom link building initiative, to reach aimed to establish InVite Health as a nutritional thought leader, also serves to drive new site traffic and encourage repeat customers.
