PULS, Inc., specializes in marking and mapping private utility lines for design and construction projects. The firm approached Active Web Group with specific website redesign requirements. They needed a site that would showcase their core industries and educate municipal and private sector construction decision-makers about their underground solutions on an international scale. Active Web designed a search engine compatible, scalable website on the WordPress platform to include a Content Management System. The CMS enables the PULS Inc. team to update their site content on their schedule, not a vendor’s. A Responsive Web Design (RWD) enables mobile users to access and negotiate the website with ease. PULS also opted for a Search Engine Optimization campaign to measure the effectiveness of their online endeavor. Early results are positive and indicate an increase both organic site traffic and goal conversions.
